Myth or truth?

And this is also why some end up becoming models...
... with no money!

On a more serious note, a topic that has been constantly discussed but never taken seriously...

DJing is not about stringing a bunch of tunes together!

If I were to explain it here, I might as well write a book and get it published. But for the sake of having to repeat myself like a broken record (pun intended), here's a brief...

DJing is only 30% technicality (not applicable to monkey DJs). Another portion is crafting yourself as a PRODUCT, acknowledging what's in demand and catering to it. Economies of scale comes into play. What? You think I don't know economics? Not all DJs are academically-challenged. Most importantly, networking and public relations. Lastly, you need to have a persona and not just be like any Tom, Dick or Harry. You need to command a certain charisma. Yes, it's true that a lot of sacrifices comes with it if you really want to make it a career... to the extend of affecting your private life... and your privates (in some cases). And the sad fact remains, out of 10 self-proclaimed DJs, only 2-3 will actually succeed... provided they don't argue when advised. In other words, "can means can, cannot means cannot".

'nuff said!

Stamina, I dun have anymore. In the almost-burnt-out region. Falling sick too easily.

Neither do I have SMOKE GRENADES... and that's "very" important as there are suckers born every minute to be smoked out. Likewise one monkey born every minute as well. Very apt. See the connection?

"Let's go" is perhaps the longest running and upmost dumbest insider joke I'm come acrossed in ages!

End of the day, still boils down to "can means can, cannot means cannot."
