PCK Pte Ltd is still the best!

The flat of the new "neighbour" downstairs is still undergoing renovations. Unbelievably, it's been over 45 days and they're still at it; hacking, hammering, stomping the yard, drilling, knocking, raving and generally making a general environmental nuisance, despite being fined for doing work way after the 30-day permit has expired as well as for giving everyone in the block a migraine on a Sunday! Notably, my next door Indian boy (Satan's spawn) feels right at home amidst all the noise. He's a "Banglah labourer" in the making, you see.

It has led to me to believe that upon completion, this residence right below my flat will boost it's own mega-shopping mall, MRT station, multi-storey carpark, the Eiffel Tower, a food court, a multiplex cinema, an Olympic sized swimming pool, the Esplanade, a nuclear shelter, the Grand Canyon, a golf course, as well as it's own private airport. All contained within 110 square metres. Word has it that the owner wants to put in an integrated resort as well... sadly they're running out of space and that will now have to be allocated in his kitchen toilet... a.k.a. WaterWorld.

Either that or the fact remains that the "imported foreign-talent" workers (from across the Causeway) are fucking useless, unskilled and goddamn slow. Now you know why who's the best in Singapore, Johor Bahru and some say even Batam? Go figure!
