The Immigration Checkpoint Authority.

I think they hire people based on the stupidity level one possesses. I mean, if a terrorist suspect can escape during a toilet break with the help of toilet paper rolls... what more to say?

And for those that use the Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal on a regular basis, you'll noticed that the biometric passport clearance system is ALWAYS down. Half the time, the officer is trying to reboot the system without any success. Excuse, numb nuts... it's running on Windows XP OS, and the screen is showing the "blue screen of death". No matter how many times you reboot, it's not going to get you anywhere. Instead of wasting everyone's time, perhaps you can consider calling for technical support? I know you Indian, but not all Indians are IT experts. You're just a low-rank immigration officer. Wake up your damn idea!

Honestly, I think of all the checkpoints on the island, this one takes the cake for having the worst organized team of morons. That's to be excused because the head of this checkpoint team is basically a useless retard that stirs coffee 24/7 at the nearby cafe.

No where in the world do you get TWO overweight officers standing at the same clearance queue... and instructing in STEREO... "show you boarding pass!".

A job so important that you need TWO staff to handle.
