Welcome to the 2nd Class...

As of today, Singaporeans and Permanent Residents officially become...

Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents must have a valid Casino Entry Levy to enter the casino. Person eligible to enter casino must be 21 years old or above. All entry levies are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. Entry levies collected are paid to the Singapore Totalisator Board for social or charitable purposes.

Excuse me... charitable purposes? Who the hell will be ENSURING this? To be technically correct... Singapore Totalisator Board = The Government as state HERE under the terms and conditions. If that's the case, then can we safely say that there's no more need for charitable drives like the President's Charity, Community Chest and etc? I'm sure there'll be more than even "new" fundings coming your way.

So if SCPRs need to pay levy... who doesn't need to? TOURISTS and HOLDERS OF WORK PERMITS... meaning all those China flip flops, Banglah labourers and Pinoy hospilility labour force. So technically, that makes us SINGAPOREANS... SECOND CLASS!!!!

Thank you very much for clearing that up at last! To think that I actually wasted part of my life serving the nation. For fuck? For this injustice? Thanks a lot! I feel so much better! NOT!

Chee bye.
