Still having cramps and runs from the food poisoning bout that came on since Saturday morning. Literally, feeling like shit on a Sunday. I personally think I did my worst ever, most uninspiring set last night due to the constant pain I was in despite the jab and medication. Nevertheless, the show went on. Thankfully P@t carried the night through with several moments of "united mayhem" and singalongs.

I'm off to have an earlier night... and hoping that Liverpool and Chelsea tie their match tonight. And I can't wait to get back to my day job next week!
