Your platoon of soldiers is in the middle of going to war. Some wise-ass "officer" from the brigade decides to withdraw your platoon sergeant and platoon commander; and orders them to be posted to another less significant battleground... thereby removing the platoon's SYNERGY and troop's MORALE.
That my friends, is the very proof that stupidity is and will always be rampant. Some people actually think that management is like playing the boardgame "Risk". Sadly, that was never applicable due to the lack of HUMAN COMPASSION.
