Sci-fi fans who are not on to this yet... take note of Stargate creators' new series called Sanctuary! So far it's the best season debut in the history to television since Eureka in 2006. Don't bother to rely on local television to pick up on this anytime soon, considering the sort of morons they hired as content buyers. You're better off sourcing it off the net. Again, I'm not advocating anything. Just that as consumers, we should not confined to a limited buffet spread that the monopolizing media company offers.

I've seen the pilot and will most probably finish up the remaining 12 episodes of Season One by this week. And if mystery, myth and a dash on far-fetched conspiracy is your kind of thing, you'll find it equally engaging. I love the way it's has a constant dark shroud around it. For a TV series, they certainly put a lot of effort into the department of effects, make-up and camera work.

And elsewhere, people are lapping up to some dumbass Nonya drama series.
