Why Mac rules and others don't...



My iPod 160GB classic died on me for no apparent reason. Warranty over. I sent it for "repairs" to iShop. They could not figure out what happened... it was not the battery, firmware or hardware. So they replaced it with a brand new one citing : "we honor our product and since we cannot detect the fault, we're placing it free of charge despite the warranty being expired."

RULIN'!!!!
