The pain fiesta continues!

Despite the medication and painkillers, the abdominal pain has been excruciating. It has been keeping me up all night. Barely had any proper sleep. Damn it, I can't even walk straight! Stomach cramps... so much for a brand new start of the week. Then again, nothing much to look forward this week either so it doesn't really matter, does it? Different week, same old song...

Going to take more pills. Really need to sleep! Super tired! G'dnite! I hope...
